In the real world most rationale people would consider a crisis to be a situation or set of circumstances that affects the credibility and/or reputation of an individual or organisation. However on ‘Planet Blatter’, where denial is the default setting for any criticism, a crisis cannot possibly exist.
Crisis or no crisis ‘Planet Blatter’ is under threat. Not because of any accusations of corruption by the media or whistle-blowing by insiders but because those that matter, the sponsors, are getting nervous about the image of the game they have bankrolled for many years. When sponsors issue public statements you know it will only be a matter of time before ‘Planet Blatter’ gets dragged into the orbit of the real world.
Dr Who is giving the Daleks a rest and we now know why. They have been renamed Adidas and Coca Cola and have been sent to ‘Planet Blatter’.
