Merry Christmas from JJ

JJ has supported Make-A-Wish foundation for many years and you may have seen the pictures from the Winter Ball. This amazing charity grants magical wishes to children and young people fighting life-threatening illnesses.

This Christmas, instead of sending festive cards to our clients, we’ve chosen to give one of these incredibly special children an unforgettable memory for them and their family to treasure.

Thomas is nine and lives in Warrington with his parents and younger brother and sister, Harry who is six and Amelia who is ten months old. Thomas has cerebral palsy and suffers from recurrent chest infections and epilepsy.

Thomas’s condition not only affects his movement but also his communication. Although he can only make sounds and shake his head, he always ensures that people understand what he wants.

Thomas´s greatest wish is to meet Father Christmas. Due to his medical condition he is unable to travel so, with our support, Make-A-Wish has arranged for Thomas and his family to have three wonderful days this Christmas at the original and authentic Lapland UK. Thomas and his family will feed the reindeer, meet the huskies, help make toys with the elves in the toy factory, decorate their own gingerbread men and, of course, meet Father Christmas.

Merry Christmas from everyone at JJ.
